IRT Nanoelec presented the latest results of its 3D integration research at a workshop organized in partnership with Leti and Qualcomm in San Francisco on October 17, 2017.
The workshop provided an excellent opportunity to review the latest technical advances achieved by the IRT Nanoelec 3D Integration program and to address the main challenges expected to emerge with 3DVLSI, the next generation of 3D integration technology.
Mentor Graphics, one of the founding partners of the 3D Integration program, also attended the workshop, and presented its insights into how 3D architectures will evolve over the coming years.
Around 50 3D integration professionals attended the workshop.
