The D43D’2017 Workshop (the ninth edition) was held on the MINATEC campus in parallel to Leti Innovation Days. IRT Nanoelec and partners Leti, STMicroelectronics, and Mentor Graphics presented four papers on the latest research in 3D integration and new architectures suitable for computing applications.
